PADI Advanced Open Water Course
The PADI advanced open water course is conducted over 2 days, and consists
of 5 dives, 3 one day and 2 the next day. There are 2 core specialties,
they are a deep dive and a navigation dive, there is then a choice of up to
ten other specialty dives including a night dive, (conditions permitting), under
water naturalist, wreck and peak performance buoyancy to make up the 5 dives.
This course will enable you to dive to 30 metres and is designed to give you
practical experience in different diving conditions and situations. Diving is
all about gaining experience. The only theory involved in this course is that
you read the chapter relevant to the dives you are to complete from your Adventures
in Diving manual. You then fill out the knowledge review. You will then review
that chapter with your instructor asking any questions if any, prior to the
dive.
During this course you will be diving some of dive Forsters premier dive
sites including the World rated Pinnacle, what a way of gaining experience
diving this site with large Sharks and fish swimming around you.
This course will open up a whole new world of diving opportunities.
