Freediving is about inward power, discipline and control. If you’ve always wanted to enter the underwater world quietly, on your own terms, staying as long as your breath allows, then freediving is for you.

To join us on our weekly or fortnightly training sessions you need to be 15 years old, a competent swimmer and comfortable in the water.

We encourage participants to bring something to throw on the communal BBQs after the sessions, as this is wonderful way to socialise and debrief after your pool training.

• improve your breath hold

• Meet new buddies

• improve your freediving techniques

 • Stay safe while Spearfishing, Freediving and Surfing
